Had a REAL GOOD stay here. Very helpful staff, gave a lot of information. The location for Polonnaruwa was quiet, close enough to the historical center, Trincomalee, and the central bus station. Furthermore, in a nice and quiet area.

The Hidden Oasis: Nestled amidst the Sacred City of Polonnaruwa, this hotel offers a secluded haven away from the hustle and bustle. With stunning garden views, it feels like you're staying in a serene countryside retreat.
Lack of Staff Communication.

The room at Livinginn Polonnaruwa was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It had everything I needed, including a private bathroom with free toiletries. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected and share my travel experiences with friends and family. I loved having a kettle in the room, so I could make myself a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The cable TV was a nice touch, giving me some entertainment options during downtime. The air conditioning provided a comfortable and cool environment to retreat to after exploring the hot and humid weather of Polonnaruwa. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
Personally, I would have liked a larger seating area in the room, but I understand that not all rooms may have this feature.

Had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the ancient city. The hosts were exceptional, providing great service and even organizing a safari for us. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely stunning, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the garden with hammocks added a special touch. great value for money and wished we could have stayed longer.
One thing we didn't like was the pricing. The dinner was quite expensive compared to other places we've been to, and the cost was not made clear to us beforehand.

Would recommend.

The rooms at Livinginn Polonnaruwa are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. I loved the cozy bed and the cable TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The hot water supply was a great bonus too!
Personally, I found the seating area in selected rooms to be a bit small. But hey, that's just me!
